Fuel cells: complete testing solutions

Our services for fuel cells in operation include electromagnetic compatibility and climatic environment tests in addition to tests of all kinds carried out on non-powered fuel cells (vibration, shocks, jolts, fluids...). Our test centres are specially equipped to test fuel cells operating on hydrogen. The facilities include hydrogen storage systems, gas extraction pods, H2 detectors and dedicated safety systems. This enables comprehensive and safe testing, guaranteeing the reliability and efficiency of the fuel cells under real-life conditions.

Hydrogen tanks: safety and compliance

Hydrogen tanks require rigorous testing to ensure their safety and compliance with international standards. We carry out tests in accordance with UNECE Regulation R134, including burst tests, ambient cycling, drop tests, chemical resistance tests and much more. Our test rigs are designed to qualify tanks from 20 to 255 litres at a nominal pressure of 700 bar. These tests ensure that the tanks meet the highest safety and durability requirements  .

Development and Validation of ICE H2/NH3 Engines: Versatility and Performance

Our H2/NH3 high-dynamic engine dyno, derived from an adaptation of our high-performance dyno, is designed to meet the development requirements of hydrogen and ammonia engines. The dyno offers great versatility, enabling measurements and optimisation of performance, combustion, fuel consumption and pollutant emissions. It is capable of operating in liquid or gaseous NH3 mode, in mixed NH3 + H2 combustion, and in H2 alone, thus responding to all engine development issues.
